We have wood in all shapes and sizes. I'm confident you will find something you absolutely love!

Growing up my Dad always had some type of wood project going on. From siding the house with live edge boards, to making intricate trim in the house, to building decks and countertops with repurposed wood that he would get from demolition sites: usually bringing me along to help as much as I could. Fast forward years later, Here I am driving over to my Dads house, attempting to pull into the driveway, I couldn't park because there were mountains of boxes covering the entire driveway. I thought, "oh man, what did he buy this time?" I walked up the driveway past all the boxes, went inside the house and there's my Dad with the biggest smile on his face, so excited to show me his newest purchase, a Norwood HD 38 sawmill in a million pieces!! It took us 3 months to assemble, and here we are today, absolutely loving what we do. I couldn't ask for a better job. I get to turn trees into treasures, and spend a lot of time with my Dad doing something we both love. Its true what they say, find a job you love and you will never have to work another day in your life. With 3 sawmills, a skid steer, a super-advanced kiln, and a dream coming true, I couldn't ask for more.

We do not offer installation services directly but we work with some awesome local contractors. I’m happy to connect you with trusted professionals who can handle installation and or wood finishing.
All of our wood is professionally kiln dried in an iDry Plus vacuum kiln and verified using a Wagner Orion 950 pinless moisture meter. We dry our slabs down to 6 to 8 percent moisture which is ideal for Utah's dry climate. We can scan the exact slab you choose at the time of purchase so you know exactly what to expect.
Our slabs are kiln dried to help keep them as flat as possible but they are not surfaced or flattened. If you need your slab flattened I’m happy to connect you with local businesses that specialize in slab flattening.
We source urban trees from Ogden and surrounding cities that have been cut down or removed for a variety of reasons. Our goal is to keep this valuable resource out of the landfill and honoring the trees by repurposing them into something usable.
Yes, shipping is available. Reach out to me directly and I’ll help you figure out the best shipping option for your order. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on location and the size of the piece.
Most slabs are sold as is due to the natural variation of wood. Improper storage after purchase can cause damage or movement. We do not offer finishing services directly. However I’m always happy to suggest high quality finishes based on your project or connect you with a true expert.
