• UtahTreeCycle sells locally sourced, repurposed wood, including slabs, mantels, and custom-cut lumber.
• Each piece of wood is unique; variations in grain, color, and imperfections are natural and not considered defects.
• Customers must confirm product dimensions and suitability before purchase.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee.

• Local pickup is available by appointment.
• Delivery is available within a specified radius for an additional fee.
• Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is significantly different from the description.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

• Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
• Once a custom order is placed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
• Estimated completion dates are provided but are not guaranteed due to the nature of woodworking.

• UtahTreeCycle is not responsible for improper use, mishandling, or damages caused by our products after purchase.
• All wood products should be handled, installed, and maintained according to best practices for longevity and safety.
• We do not guarantee specific results for projects using our wood.

• All content, images, and materials on UtahTreeCycle.com are the property of UtahTreeCycle and may not be used without permission.

• Customer information is collected solely for order fulfillment and will not be shared or sold.
• By using our site, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

• UtahTreeCycle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated Effective Date.
